Year 5 made great use of their fine motor skills this week!
They're currently reading 'Floodland' in their English lesson and one of the main characters owns a pet rat, so it felt somewhat fitting to challenge them to make hand puppet.
This can be used in their future drama lessons.

Each child had a ready cut template of the rat body, ears, beads for eyes and a nose plus a pipe cleaner for the tail.
